At NiraHealthBox, we strive to deliver the highest quality homemade dry fruit balls to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
No Return Policy
All purchases are final and non-returnable, as they are perishable goods with a shelf life of 30 days.
No Refund PolicY
We are not providing any refund once the item is purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [nirahealthbox@gmail.com] with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement for the same product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for any other reasons due to the perishable nature of the products.
For exchange & replacement kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery of product, we will inspect your query and will inform your about the replacatement, if it’s approved you should return back the item within 3 to 5 working days and replaced item will get delivered to your address within 3 days of replacemement approved.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All the product will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of ordered.
